This Privacy Policy explains how Levels Auto Sales LLC d/b/a Levels Auto ("Levels Auto", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website at https://levels.auto, contact us, text or call us, or buy, trade in, consign or finance a vehicle with us. It includes how our text-messaging program handles your mobile number. The program's full terms are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Information we collect
- Contact details and requests: your name, mobile phone number, email address, the vehicle you ask about, your message, the appointment or test-drive time you choose, and the amount you offer if you send us an offer on a vehicle.
- Your texting choice: whether you checked a texting box on one of our forms, which form, the exact wording it showed, and when — the record that you asked us to text you — and any STOP or START you send us.
- Text messages and calls: the texts you exchange with us (including photos you send) and our calls with you. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
- Trade-ins and consignments: your vehicle's year, make, model, VIN, mileage, condition, photos, and any payoff information you give us.
- Financing: if you apply for financing or request a pre-qualification, the information the application asks for — such as your date of birth, Social Security number, address, employment and income — and the results of a credit check you authorize. Pre-qualification checks are soft inquiries and do not affect your credit score.
- Identity, purchase and payment records: your driver's license when you test-drive or buy a vehicle, your deal paperwork and signatures, and your payment history with us. Online card payments are entered on our payment processor's page; we never receive your full card number. If you authorize it for a solo test drive, your phone's location during that drive.
- Website use: our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It stores a random visitor ID in your browser and records the pages and vehicles viewed. If you submit a form or open a link we sent you, that browsing can be linked to your customer record.
How we use your information
To answer your questions; schedule appointments and test drives; send the text messages and emails you asked for; appraise your trade-in or list your consigned vehicle; process a purchase or financing you request, including submitting your application to the lenders you ask us to; service your account with us, including payment reminders and receipts; meet our legal obligations as a licensed motor vehicle dealer (titles, registration, taxes and record-keeping); and protect against fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging and your mobile number
We text you only if you ask us to: by checking the optional texting box on one of our website forms (it is unchecked until you check it, and every form works without it), or by texting us first, which lets us reply to that conversation. We then use your mobile number only for the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions: replies to your questions and requests; appointment and test-drive confirmations and reminders; next steps on a trade-in, consignment or vehicle purchase you started with us, including document requests and links to your paperwork; status updates and document requests about a financing application or pre-qualification you submitted on our website; payment reminders and receipts if you finance with us or have a payment plan with us; and — only if you checked the separate box asking for marketing texts — price-drop alerts on a vehicle you chose to watch. Our texts come from our store line, (520) 645-3835. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to do what you asked us to do, or when the law requires it:
- Lenders and credit bureaus: the lenders you ask us to submit a financing application to, and a credit bureau for a credit check you authorize.
- Government agencies: the state motor vehicle, tax and other agencies a vehicle sale legally requires.
- Service providers: companies that run parts of our business on our behalf. Our dealership software provider, Levels Tech LLC (Levels Dealer OS), operates this website, our text messaging and our online pre-qualification on our behalf and under our instructions — not for its own marketing — together with the hosting, phone and text-messaging, email, payment-processing and message-drafting services it uses. They act for us, may use your information only to provide those services to us, and this policy — not theirs — governs what we collect.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and our business.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we protect and keep information
Access is limited to the staff who need it, and sensitive numbers such as Social Security and driver's license numbers are stored encrypted. We keep records as long as needed for the purposes above and as long as dealer, tax and lending laws require.
Your choices and rights
